2. Attendance and Participation Policy
Active participation in online discussions, assignments, and assessments is mandatory.
Students are expected to log into the learning platform regularly.
Prolonged inactivity without notice may result in removal from the course.
3. Fees and Refund Policy
All tuition and registration fees must be paid before the course start date.
Refunds are available within 14 days of enrollment, provided no course materials have been accessed or downloaded.
After the 14-day period, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by Oakmont Institute.
4. Privacy and Data Protection Policy
Oakmont Institute adheres to strict GDPR and data protection standards. We ensure that:
Personal data is stored securely and used only for academic and administrative purposes.
No data is sold or shared with third parties without consent.
Students may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data at any time.

7. Course Access and Completion Policy
Students have full access to course materials for the duration of their enrollment.
Assignment deadlines and course end dates are clearly communicated via the platform.
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of assessments and meeting all course requirements.
8. Code of Conduct
All students and staff are expected to:
Treat others with respect and professionalism.
Use institute platforms responsibly and ethically.
Refrain from abusive language or disruptive behavior in any form.
